My goal is to make planning and organization more accessible for under-resourced organizations.
I have a soft spot for community organizations, civic initiatives, non-profits, and other small businesses, i.e. those that aren’t always highlighted.
With all my clients, I take time to understand what is truly needed, rather than focusing on something that might be helpful. I'll help you pair ‘big picture’ thinking with affordability.

I work with organizations all over the country, but Indianapolis has a special place in my heart. 📍

Services
I’ve done quite a lot, from drafting policy to graphic design, but I prefer to focus on the tasks that under-resourced organizations don’t have the time to complete.
FIRST
Understand your audience
Let’s nerd out over qualitative and quantitative data, which I can help collect through surveys, interviews, and observation. It is important for me to equip you with well-rounded research for educated decision-making.

SECOND
Plan for your future
Let’s do some traditional planning, which could include building organization documents or process mapping - the details before execution. Together, we will define healthy, practical objectives focused on future growth.

THIRD
Manage a project or program
Let’s think creatively about project or program needs, while also building long-lasting relationships with everyone involved. I care about enhancing organization tools and resources for you to utilize again in future projects.

UNDERSTAND YOUR AUDIENCE
Johns Hopkins Carey Business School
I am working with Johns Hopkins Carey Business School to assess engagement strategies and analyze performance data from 300+ teaching assistants, staff, faculty, and leadership. We are currently expanding upon an under-utilized Microsoft Teams platform to promote networking amongst teaching assistants. The goal is to develop an informal environment for teaching assistants to engage meaningfully and share resources.

PLAN FOR YOUR FUTURE
Urban Leaders Fellowship
I partnered with a public education advocacy group in Indianapolis through Urban Leaders Fellowship to develop a unified public school transportation system. The group presented the transportation policy proposal to legislators in mid-2025. The proposed system would offer transportation options to an additional 9% of Indianapolis Public School students.

MANAGE A PROJECT OR PROGRAM
Wraphouse Graphics
I led an internal, transformation project with Wraphouse Graphics to transition client focus from personal to commercial, i.e. single to fleet (10+) vehicle design and installation. The team developed targeted messaging for intended audiences, adjusted service offerings, and implemented a marketing and sales campaign to strengthen relationships with local, fleet businesses, which led to a 55% increase in recurring contracts.

Good things to know...
How much does it cost?
For a typical deck of 10-15 slides, we charge a flat-fee of $500. Image, graphic, or font rights are not included in the flat-fee. For a deck over 15 slides, we charge $10 per additional slide. New designs won't be created for additional slides.
What format are the decks in?
We can design and deliver a deck in the following formats... Google Slides (preferred for horizontal), Adobe Illustrator (preferred for vertical), Figma Slides, Keynote, Microsoft PowerPoint, or Adobe InDesign.
How long does it take?
We try our best to have the decks completed within two weeks from the initial consult. Of course, it also depends on how quick the deposit and edits are received.
How many revisions do you allow?
We provide one revision after delivery. The revision cannot be a redesign, but it may include copy, brand, and organization edits. Any additional revisions are $50 per.
do you work with my industry?
Short answer, yes. Long answer, still yes, but we've worked with nonprofits, venture capital firms, education institutions, etc.
i need a deck for specific occasion.
We've created decks for pitches, reports, conferences, sales, etc. We're well-equipped to create a deck for whatever circumstance you require.
